This document is to certify that all products currently reprocessed by E-Certa, Inc. do not contain more than the allowed limits of "banned" substances, currently set by the EU RoHS Directive.
With exemptions taken for lead (Pb) used in high temp internal solder connections, all our products are in full compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of January 27th 2003 on the restrictions in the use of certain hazardous materials in electrical and electronics equipment.
1. Exempt under RoHS/WEEE Directive 2002/95/EC Annex Paragraph 7-
Lead in high melting temperature type solders (i.e. tin-lead solder alloys containing more than 85% lead)
2. Exempt under RoHS/WEEE Directive 2002/95/EC Annex Paragraph 5-
Lead in glass of cathode ray tubes, electronic components and fluorescent tubes.
